By accessing and using ArtisanAI ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Important Notice: ArtisanAI is an independent platform that provides custom interfaces for third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Stability AI, or other AI model providers. We provide access to these models through our custom interface to enhance usability and provide additional features.

2. Description of Service

ArtisanAI is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate images, videos, and audio content using advanced artificial intelligence models. Our service includes:

• Text-to-image generation using models like FLUX.1, Imagen 4, and others
• Image-to-video generation using Stable Video Diffusion and similar models
• Text-to-speech synthesis using OpenAI TTS and other voice models
• Custom interfaces and enhanced features for AI model interaction
• Credit-based usage system and subscription plans

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account

4. Credits and Billing

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Different AI generation tasks consume different amounts of credits:

• Text-to-image generation: 15-20 credits per image
• Image-to-video generation: 350-500 credits per video
• Text-to-speech synthesis: 1-5 credits per audio file
• Credits never expire and remain in your account until used

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different credit allocations. All billing is processed securely through Creem, our payment processor.

4.3 Refund Policy

Digital Credits: Due to the nature of our digital credit system and AI services, all credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable once used. However, we provide refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical Failures: If a generation fails due to our system error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account
• Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for extended periods, we may issue prorated refunds
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will refund the difference within 3-5 business days
• Unused Credits: Refunds for unused credits may be considered within 7 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team at supportai@126.com with your order details. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks. Accounts with disputed charges may be suspended pending resolution.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for lawful purposes, including:

• Creating original content for personal or commercial use
• Educational and research purposes
• Artistic and creative projects
• Marketing and business content creation

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
• Create content for harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Generate adult content involving minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models
• Use the service for spam or malicious activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your generated images, videos, or audio files.

6.2 Commercial Use

You have the right to use your generated content for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models and applicable laws.

6.3 Platform License

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts and input data through third-party AI models to provide the requested generation services.

7. Third-Party AI Models

Our Service integrates with various third-party AI models and services. Your use of these models through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies:

• Google AI models (Imagen, etc.)
• OpenAI models (DALL-E, TTS, etc.)
• Stability AI models (Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Other AI model providers as integrated

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
